Known for her journey in not just entrepreneurship, but building businesses as an industry leader within social and affordable housing as well as a community philanthropist. Tamika has led many incredible endeavours such as the #Istandforkelly initiative, leading the construction sector within just 48 hours to ensure the children of tragically murdered Kelly Wilkinson were able to have a brand new 7 bedroom home built for a new beginning as well as several other women fleeing both domestic violence with young children. 

Understanding the fundamentals of a home has stemmed from Tamika's philanthropic endeavours across all facets of mankind's connection to a home. Commencing in her work with foster children noting a child's inability to retain basic education when in fight or flight for their basic needs; through to domestic violence, correctional programs and male suicide.

With over 18 years in construction and 15 years in social and affordable housing, Tamika works across private sector and government to deliver long term solutions for housing and is often asked to speak at business leaders and industry events.
