Named “Most Influential Woman in Construction” by Built International and 'Entrepreneur Woman of the Year', Tamika has been widely acknowledged and respected as a business woman and entrepreneur building commercially viable companies with a social conscience, delivering social & affordable housing.

 

From founding and building businesses in development to offsite construction, Tamika devoted her life to see the delivery of social and affordable housing to the most vulnerable cohorts within our community. With over 15 years developing innovative businesses in the sector and shortlisted for Queenslander of the Year, Tamika works with housing providers and key worker organisations nationally to see a long term approach be delivered in housing as an Executive Director, Chair, Advisor and consultant to many privatised, government and industry bodies.

The key focus we now see is delivering long term strategies to the housing crisis to see people in a home forever, off the housing waitlists targeting regions and working with key worker accommodation.
